Immunizations

The Washington State Immunization Law (RCW 28A.210.080) requires that all students be properly immunized in order to attend or continue attending school. Additional information on immunization can be found at the Washington State Department of Health's website:

NEW!  Access your families immunization record(s).  Sign up for MyIR through the Washington State Department of Health.  Fill out authorization to release immunization records form (below) and send in (email or fax) to the department of health.  They will send a password and you can then log in and access your families WA State immunization records as often as you need them!

You can also view and print immunization records from Skyward family access.  Records only show what has been provided to the school by you for your student.  Skyward directions

Parents wishing to not have their children immunized must have a 2015-2016 Certificate of Exemption on file. 

WAC 392-380-045 - School attendance conditioned upon presentation of proofs.
(1) The initial attendance of every student at every public and private school in the state is conditioned upon proof of immunization as set forth in RCW 28A.210.080.
(2) The chief administrator of each public or private school shall prohibit the further presence at school of each student already in attendance and who has failed to provide proof of immunization in accordance with RCW 28A.210.080(1). Such exclusion shall be preceded by written notice as set forth in WAC 392-380-050. If written notice has not been provided, any exclusion shall be stayed until notice is received by a parent, guardian or other adult in loco parentis.
