Pride Foundation

  • Pride Foundation’s scholarship program is committed to supporting LGBTQ and allied students that:
    • Show leadership potential either within the LGBTQ community and/or within their field of study;
    • Lack a broader LGBTQ community support system;
    • Face additional barriers to educational access, including students who are economically, racially, socially, geographically, or politically disenfranchised. For example: LGBTQ students of color, transgender students, LGBTQ immigrant students, LGBTQ youth aging out of foster care, and students who have experienced homelessness, poverty, or isolation due to geography;
    • Demonstrate significant financial need
  • They offer nearly 50 different scholarships, but there is only one application to fill out!

GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program

  • This national program awards college scholarships to high school seniors who embody the characteristics of President Ronald Reagan at school, in the community, in the workplace, and at home.
  • They are looking for students with:
    • Leadership
    • Drive
    • Integrity
    • Citizenship

Washington NASA Space Grant Consortium Scholarship for incoming freshmen students at University of Washington has been extended to January 15, 2019  More information at www.waspacegrant.org

National Multiple Sclerosis Society Scholarship

  • Who is eligible? Individuals who have MS or have a parent with MS are eligible to apply as long as they meet all of the eligibility criteria at www.nationalMSsociety.org/scholarship. 
  • Application must be completed online with a personal statement on how MS has impacted the applicant’s life.
  • Applications are available at www.nationalMSsociety.org/scholarship
  • Deadline: January 31

WSU General Scholarships

  • Eash year WSU awards approximately $380 million in scholarships and financial aid!
  • A single application form will get you considered for up to 700 different WSU scholarships.
  • The first step is to complete your Washington State University application, so get it done!  
  • Deadline: January 31, 2019
