Welcome to the start of a new school year! As we prepare to launch another great year of learning, we are excited to share some important updates about how we are expanding and refining educational opportunities for our students.
We recognize that education is not "one size fits all." Every student learns differently, and a traditional, full-time classroom setting isn't always the perfect fit for every learner. With that in mind, we have reimagined our Alternative Learning Environment (Swiftwater). Swiftwater is transitioning from a physical, brick-and-mortar facility into a dynamic, fully supported online learning program.
Our goal is simple: to give your student the independence and flexibility of virtual learning without losing the vital local connections, hands-on experiences, and community resources that come with being part of our district family.
