Amy Dohrman is Walter Strom Middle School's Counselor. Amy has a Master's Degree in School Counseling, and is the Guidance Counselor for grades 5-8, and the 504 Coordinator for grades 5-8. She is on the Building Leadership Team, and on the Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports team.

Amy teaches Social Emotional Lessons, and provides short term counseling for students, crisis contact, facilitates student groups, and helps students and families receive community services when needed.

Amy schedules all middle school students and helps create the master schedule. She introduces the seventh and eighth grade students to the High School and Beyond Plan, and is in charge of the College Bound Scholarship Program.
