This is a reminder that all Smart Tags must be kept—please do not throw them away or destroy them. Students will need their Smart Tags for use next school year. Please have your student(s) return it to their bus driver or the school office by the last day of school. Starting next year, there will be a $5 replacement fee beginning with the third card printed, and every card printed after that. To avoid fees, please help your student keep track of their Smart Tag. Thank you for your attention to this matter. CERSD Transportation Department wishes you a safe and enjoyable summer!

Capital Projects Construction Underway – Thank You for Your Support! The Cle Elum-Roslyn School District is excited to announce that construction is now underway on several important facility improvements—thanks to the generous support of our community through the Capital Projects Levy. Current projects include: Track resurfacing (including repair of failed areas), installation of new throwing areas (for shot put, discus, and javelin), resurfacing of tennis and pickleball courts, and paving of Swiftwater Lane Trail (to improve access and safety). These upgrades will enhance both athletic and recreational opportunities for our students and community. We ask everyone to please be mindful of ongoing construction, avoid construction vehicles and active work zones, and do not enter fenced or restricted areas during this time. We sincerely appreciate your continued support as we work to improve our facilities for current and future generations.

Smoke will be visible throughout the upper county area, including from our schools. This controlled burn is part of the Cle Elum Ridge Fuels Mitigation Project, designed to reduce the risk of fire to our communities. We appreciate your understanding and want to reassure families that this is a planned and managed safety effort.
