Dear Families & Community,
We are in the final stages of implementing our new integrated alarm and notification system. On Wednesday, April 8, a team will be on-site testing equipment to ensure everything is functioning as intended.

Testing will take place between approximately 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Schools are currently closed for spring break, and we ask that no staff or community members enter district buildings during this time.

This work supports our continued focus on school safety. Thank you for your awareness.

As we prepare for our transition to Qmlativ and the system lockout beginning April 1st, we kindly ask our families that you report any known upcoming absences for your student that will occur after April 1st directly to your child’s school office as soon as possible. Key Dates to Know:
- April 1 (3:30 PM): Current system shuts down
- April 2–12: System offline during migration (no access to grades, attendance, or balances)
- April 13: Qmlativ goes live!
