Come explore the exciting plans to transform our former district office into a state-of-the-art Boys & Girls Club and community space! Thanks to a major grant, this incredible project is moving forward at no cost to local taxpayers. It will create a welcoming hub for youth programs, after-school activities, Scouts, and more.
Join us at the upcoming open house on Wednesday, May 28th, from 4pm-7pm, to learn more, share your input, and see how this space will support students and families for years to come.
FUTURE IMPACT
The creation of a Boys & Girls Club Clubhouse & community hub in Cle Elum-Roslyn will not only meet immediate youth needs but will serve as a vital resource for families and the broader community. The Clubhouse addresses these challenges by offering safe, supervised care during out-of-school hours and peace of mind for working parents.
PROJECT DETAILS
The new 4,300-square-foot multi-use structure (a 50% increase in space) will feature a teaching kitchen and life skills area, improved accessibility, and flexible spaces for both small and large group activities.
TIMELINE
Currently, the construction is expected to begin in the Spring 2026, coinciding with a community-wide campaign to finish the necessary fundraising. 75% of the funding is covered by grants and the community-wide fundraising is responsible for 25% of the remainder of the balance of the construction.
