Title IX Compliance Coordinator: Addresses questions or concerns about sexual discrimination or sexual harassment.
Our district is committed to providing a learning and working environment where every student and staff member feels safe, supported, and treated with dignity. Title IX is a federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination based on sex in any educational program or activity receiving federal funding. This includes protections against sexual harassment, sexual violence, gender-based discrimination, and unequal access to programs or opportunities.
We take these responsibilities seriously. Our district follows all federal and state Title IX regulations, offers prompt and thorough responses to concerns, and ensures that students, families, and staff understand their rights and how to seek support. Anyone with questions, concerns, or a need to report potential Title IX violations is encouraged to reach out to our Title IX Coordinator.
Together, we are committed to maintaining an environment where all individuals can learn, grow, and thrive.
