Enrollment Application Instructions

Students can apply for enrollment year-round through our online application system. Follow the steps below to get started:

1. Create a Skyward Account: Use the link below to create a Skyward account and begin your registration application process.

2. Existing Accounts: If you already have a Skyward account, go directly to Skyward Family Access to complete the student registration.

Documents Required for Online Enrollment:

You will need to upload the following required documents into the enrollment application:

• Current Proof of Residency: This should link the home address with the guardian's name. Acceptable documents include:

  • Driver’s license

  • Utility bill

  • Rental agreement

  • Affidavit from landlord

  • Verification of social services

• Proof of Legal Name and Age: Please provide documentation that verifies your child’s age and legal name. Acceptable documents include:

  • Birth certificate

  • Passport

  • Adoption record

  • Custody order

  • Previous school records

• Completed Certificate of Immunization

Swiftwater Learning Center

Swiftwater is a competency-based high school of choice program and requires students to apply, interview, and be accepted in order to enroll. If you have questions about Swiftwater Learning Center, please reach out to Principal, Scott Brown: brownsc@cersd.org.
