Important Back-to-School Form: Child Nutrition Eligibility & Education Benefit (CNEEB)
Dear Parents and Guardians,
This is a friendly reminder that a new 2026-2027 Child Nutrition Eligibility & Education Benefit (CNEEB) Form (aka "Free & Reduced Meal Application") must be completed each school year in order for eligible students to continue receiving benefits. Completing this form may qualify you for free or reduced-price meals, Summer EBT benefits, reduced fees for other programs and activities, and helps secure funding for our school district.
Please note that your child's application from the previous school year will EXPIRE on October 20th. If a new CNEEB form is not submitted before the current application expires, your child will no longer be eligible to receive free or reduced-priced meals until a new application is completed and approved.
To help ensure there is no interruption in meal benefits, we kindly ask that you complete and submit a new form as soon as possible. A link to the form is provided below. Forms can be turned into the school office, or emailed to: stoneh@cersd.org
We appreciate your time and cooperation in completing this important annual requirement. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact Food Services at 509-852-4975 or stoneh@cersd.org.

Berlinda began her career as one of our special needs drivers before working her way to Route A. In addition to safely transporting generations of students, she also served as PSE President for several years, advocating for and supporting her colleagues along the way. Outside of work, Berlinda has enjoyed attending plays and cheering on athletes at girls volleyball games.
Thank you, Berlinda, for your years of commitment, leadership, and care for our students and staff. We wish you all the best in your retirement!
