Reese Schilperoort-Day
Originally from Yakima, Reese Schilperoort-Day has proudly called Ellensburg home for the past six years. She moved here to pursue a degree in Elementary and Special Education and quickly fell in love with the valley—not only for its natural beauty but also for its welcoming, tight-knit community. Professionally, Reese spent four years at a childcare center in Ellensburg, serving in a variety of roles from assistant teacher to Site Director. That experience helped shape her as an educator and leader and deepened her passion for supporting children, families, and communities. When she’s not working, Reese enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, and rock hounding in Central Washington.
