The Facilities and Maintenance department is the link that holds the day-to-day function of the school district together. It consists of Maintenance, Grounds, and Custodial operations.

Facility Rental

The Cle Elum-Roslyn School District Board of Directors subscribes to the belief that public schools are owned and operated by and for the residents of the Cle Elum-Roslyn School District. The public is encouraged to use school facilities, but may be expected to reimburse the district for extra costs such as after hours access, use of heating and lighting, equipment rental, custodial services, etc.


Authorization for use of CRSD facilities shall not be considered as endorsement or approval of the activity, group, organization, or for the purposes they represent.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind our facilities get significant use after school from 3 PM to 5 PM, and gym availability is limited during winter months.

Please check the facility use calendars below to ensure availability before submitting a request.

Requests for the current week must be submitted before noon on Monday.

Cle Elum-Roslyn School District is a tobacco, alcohol, drug, and weapons-free district. Use and/or possession of any of these is prohibited in all areas of the District (inside or outside).


Cle Elum-Roslyn School District prohibits discrimination against any person on the basis of sex in the operation, conduct, or administration of community athletics programs for youth or adults that use our facilities. Any applicants for facility use will be required to procure, at their own expense, a Comprehensive General Liability insurance policy, naming the District as an additional insured. This policy shall be primary and written with limits of $500,000 Combined Single Limits, per occurrence. A certificate of insurance must be submitted with the application. The District will keep certificates on file for future applications.


Per the Lystedt Law passed in 2009, all coaches, parents, and players of non-profit youth athletic associations shall have training on the nature and risk of concussion and head injuries, including the continuation of play after a concussion or head injury. Applicants will be required to sign a statement of compliance prior to receiving access to school facilities.
