Good morning CERSD families,
Skyward (our student information system) is having technical issues that are affecting balances on student lunch money accounts and emails sent to families by the buildings. The district is working with Skyward on a solution to these technical issues. In the meantime, we want to reassure you that your student(s) will be able to eat lunch and/or breakfast.
In regards to emails sent from the buildings, we are noticing a trend with some of our families that use Gmail as they are finding our emails in their spam folder. Our buildings are also noticing that their emails are sending at strange times of day instead of the times that they have selected for release.
We apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused. We appreciate your patience while our Tech Team is working with Skyward on a solution.
