Good morning CERSD families,

The technical issues that were affecting student lunch balances in Skyward should be corrected overnight tonight.  We also know that the system that receives your funds has been functioning without issue.  However, the glitch was that this information was not uploading into Skyward correctly.  With the assistance of ESD 105, our Executive Director Elizabeth Greenhaw was able to locate the issue in the Skyward system.  As of this moment, they are working together to correct this issue and the balances should be accurate in Skyward by tomorrow morning.  In the meantime, we want to reassure you that we do not let our students go hungry and will continue to serve them while Skyward updates overnight.
