Our schools are starting on time today but there is no preschool this week. Remember, preschool does not include Transitional Kindergarten (TK) or Kindergarten. TK and Kindergarten are starting on time today. Please expect minor bus delays as our drivers take it a little slower this morning. Parents remember to use extra caution when dropping off your students due to snow accumulations and road conditions.

Cle Elum-Roslyn School District will be delayed 2 hours tomorrow, January 6, 2022 due to weather and road conditions. The 2 hour late start should give our bus drivers and families extra time to arrive safely. School will begin at 10:15am.  Parents, please do not drop off students before 9:45am to ensure that there is staff supervision on campus. Staff should use sensible precautions to arrive safely at work at a reasonable time. Just a reminder that preschool has been canceled this week due to staffing shortages. Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Kindergarten are not affected by the staffing shortage and will begin at 10:15am tomorrow. We look forward to preschool returning on Tuesday, Jan. 11th.

All school buildings are currently in a secure & teach due to an upset parent. This is unrelated to the Tik Tok threat. A secure and teach means that the exterior doors are locked but our students and staff are free to move about inside the building and our teachers will continue to teach.

We had special guest serving the kids lunch yesterday. The kids loved it as you can see by the smiles on their faces. A big thank you to Cle Elum-Roslyn PD.
